​The protection of consumer rights is a primary concern for CITRA. Consumers who think that their rights might have been violated or infringed upon are asked to report the incident to CITRA by following the below steps

Procedures

STEP 1

Sign in or create a new account at CITRA's website

STEP 2

Fill out the relevant form and attach the required documents online

STEP 3

CITRA will review and process the complaint, and the user will be contacted in due course
