Required Documents

  • ​Official letter addressed to CITRA requesting the authorization.
  • Copy of the civil card of the applicant or authorized signatory.
  • Copy of signature approval.
  • Copy of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry licenses.
  • Copy of the Company's establishing contract.
  • Copy of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce & Industry registration certificate.
  • Provide maintenance center for the devices.
