The Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) announced the signing of an administrative license agreement regarding the landing of a submarine cable station by Beyon B.S.C. (Batelco) as part of the Authority's efforts to enhance digital infrastructure and strengthen the State of Kuwait's position as a regional hub for data traffic and international communications.
